Who is Richard?

Hi! I am a product designer who specializes in creating SaaS experience.

Coming from both design and business backgrounds, I solve problems with both rational sense and artistic sensibility.

Microsoft Viva Engage

Viva Engage (previously Yammer), is a social media platform for the workplace, and an organic part of the Microsoft Viva suites.

At Viva Engage, I mainly work on projects related to the analytics experience, such as analytics pages, analytics driven growth (ADG) emails, as well as coaching and benchmarking.

I have also been involved in designing the answer upvoting feature, and several AI-driven projects, such as sentiment analysis within the analytics experience and AI copilot brainstorming for content creation.
